Deep, rhythmic breaths oxygenate the blood, lower stress hormones, and bring the mind into a state of stillness by triggering the parasympathetic side of the central nervous system and it corresponding neurohormonal and neuro histochemical released into the internal meleau via synapsis, blood stream and glandular hormonal secretion of well being hormones and other neurochemicals such as Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, to name a few, causing measurable changes in our bodies which have been long identified with health and well bearing such as: deceased heart rate (sinus rhythm), decreased blood pressure and respirations with a sensation or other experience of happiness and ease that gives us a sense of peace and wellbeing.

Writing down thoughts and emotions is a powerful way to release pent-up energy. Journaling helps us process feelings, let go of negativity, and gain clarity on our thought process.
